REBRAND
BLVNT creates cannabis cosmetics for women everywhere. They firmly believe that makeup is
self-expression, plant science is worth celebrating, and people should get to be whoever they want to
be.
Our goal was to debunk misconceptions that cannabis cosmetics = psychoactive, spotlight their key
ingredients without putting the audience to sleep, and encourage empowerment, love, and acceptance
(but break away from “hippie wellness” tropes).
We built a flexible strategy, identity, and art direction around their voice: hot, loud, feminist,
evidenced, and “doesn’t give a f*ck.” We also created a product film for their marketing campaign to
complement the launch.
The new brand system allowed BLVNT to immediately stand out in a growing, already saturated market,
scaling the new branding across their products, packaging, and web presence.
