about

Modern marketing is fluff and businesses aren’t honest. But those who invest in it know that education is the difference - it’s second chances. New opportunities. Leverage. A gift. A choice. Perspective.

We’re the only marketing & motion design studio led by globally award-winning education experts. Every stage of our process is backed by fact: focused messaging for low cognitive load, strategic repetition for memory retention, and motion patterns for faster understanding. With over 10+ years experience, we’ve helped clients refresh their identity, promote events, launch products, increase engagement, reduce support costs, drive adoption, and so much more.

FAQs

Films – Custom, standalone videos (45 seconds or longer) Designed to educate, explain, or inspire. These are perfect for long-term business goals: increased conversions and adoption, reinforced brand perception, and market differentiation.

Campaigns – Collection of motion graphics and short-form videos (3–15 seconds) Designed to support quick wins. These are perfect for short-term business goals: better engagement, traffic, signups, and promo for time-bound news.

We work with clients of all budgets and sizes, ranging anywhere from $5,000 to $500,000. Our work is always custom, so costs can vary depending on factors like style, length, and creative complexity. Whatever your price point, we can craft a solution that works for you!

That depends… what is your business goal? We don’t apply a one-size-fits-all solution to your project. In fact, we’ll kick off your project with a detailed strategy consultation so we can work backwards from your larger objectives to ensure every deliverable supports them all along the way. For previous clients, we’ve created solutions to generate leads, drive conversions, increase adoption, clarify complex offerings, reduce support costs, enable sales teams, and more.

When you’re ready to start, book a free call to share your goals and see if we’re the right fit. We’ll then send a custom proposal with creative direction, scope, timeline, and budget. For films, a contract and 50% deposit invoice follow. For campaigns, a contract and first invoice come next. After signing and payment, we’ll kick things off with a strategy consult to align early and hit the ground running.

We handle it all! Your team’s main involvement is during the strategy kickoff and review sessions to provide feedback and ensure everything aligns with your vision. Beyond that, we take care of the entire production process so you can focus on your business.

Timelines can vary based on the complexity of the project and how quickly feedback is provided, but on average, films take 6–8 weeks per minute of animation. That includes time for discovery, concept development, design, animation, and client revisions.

All projects follow the same overall workflow: Strategy → Storyboard → Art Direction → Production → Delivery.

Along the way, there are 3 key revision points where you’ll review our work and share feedback:

  1. Storyboard – to align on flow and structure
  2. Art Direction – to lock in visual style and effects
  3. Production – to finalize animation, motion, and polish

Each revision stage includes time for your internal review plus a feedback call to make sure we’re aligned before moving to the next phase. The main difference between films and campaigns is timing: Films (longer, more complex pieces) allow up to 5 business days for each review cycle; Campaigns (shorter, modular deliverables) move faster, with around 2-3 business days for review at each stage.

You do! Clients retain the rights to the final deliverable(s) in the requested format(s). Kutzpa retains rights to all editable or working files. The full copyright details are outlined in our Services Agreements.

Hell yeah! Our clients often repurpose content for onboarding, sales, investor decks, and internal training. We also provide implementation guidance so you get the absolute most of your new content: which snippets are best for social, silent versions for trade shows, etc. During contracting, we’ll discuss your specific formats or ratios so we can accurately scope your project.

ROI depends on how your deliverable is used and what it’s designed to achieve. We help you define success from the start - whether that’s increased play rates, stronger engagement, more conversions, or better retention. Our education-first approach allows clients to regularly repurpose content for onboarding, sales, investor decks, and internal training - so it pays for itself.
